Main Concern
Payments for the balcony special assessment are due by June 30. Starting July 1, balances will be sent to collections with a $550 fee added for collection costs.
Some owners owe less than $550 and may receive pre-collection notices.
Important Note
Some owners are unaware of outstanding balances or how to use the payment portal. Assistance is available for portal access and account setup.
